Terms of service
Last updated: 3 July 2026
Welcome to ai3 × bonuz. These terms cover every commission you place on this site. Short version: you describe a video, a real artist makes it with AI tools, you get the file. Operated by Bonuz Technology DMCC (final entity under review).
1. The service
ai3 × bonuz is a commissioning marketplace. You submit a mission (a text brief plus optional files), pay up front, and a hand-picked AI video artist produces a custom video within the delivery window shown at checkout. Delivery windows start when your brief is complete, not at payment.
2. Accounts and access
Buyers do not need an account. Your order page is protected by a private link sent to your email. Anyone with that link can view and manage the order, so treat it like a key. We are not responsible for access by people you share the link with.
3. Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged in full at checkout through Stripe. Add-ons (rush, extra revision, longer cut) are part of the order total. The price you accept at checkout is final; the server recomputes every total, so displayed and charged amounts always match the published pricing.
4. Delivery, revisions and acceptance
Your video is delivered on your order page. Each tier includes a set number of revisions (Clip 0, Scene 1, Epic 2, plus any paid extra). A revision restarts production with your change notes. If you take no action for 48 hours after a delivery, the order is accepted automatically. Lateness and refund rules are in the refund policy.
5. Your content
You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload (product shots, faces, logos, music). When your order includes a real person's likeness, you confirm that person consented. Full rules, including hard bans, live in the content policy; it is part of these terms. Orders that violate it are declined and refunded.
6. Rights to the video
Once an order is accepted (or auto-accepted), you get a worldwide, royalty-free license to use the delivered video for personal and commercial purposes. Artists may show delivered work in their portfolios and on this site's reel unless you ask us not to at support.
7. AI disclosure
Every deliverable is AI-generated, made by a human artist directing AI tools. Deliverables may carry AI-provenance metadata. Presenting a deliverable as unedited camera footage of real events is on you, not us, and may break the law where you are.
8. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are posted here with a new date. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you paid.
10. Contact
