Refund policy

Hour-scale delivery only works if the promise is real. Here is exactly what happens when something slips.
Before an artist claims your mission
Full refund, any reason. Until an artist claims your order, nothing has been produced, so your money simply comes back. Email ai3@bonuz.xyz with your order link.
If we miss your delivery window
The delivery clock starts when your brief is complete. If the window passes without a delivery, you choose, one click, no arguing:
- Wait. The artist gets extra time (half the original window) to finish.
- Rush fees back. If you paid the 1-hour rush and the rush window specifically was missed, the rush fee is refunded automatically. You keep the order at the normal window.
- Cancel. Full refund and the order closes.
Policy declines
If your brief violates the content policy and is declined, either by screening or by an artist, you are refunded in full automatically.
Revisions are not refunds
Not loving a delivery is what revisions are for: Scene includes 1, Epic includes 2, and an extra revision can be bought as an add-on. A revision request restarts production with your notes. Refunds after a delivery are handled case by case at ai3@bonuz.xyz.
Auto-acceptance
48 hours after a delivery with no action from you, the order is accepted automatically and closed. After acceptance, refunds are no longer available through this policy.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
