Content policy

Last updated: 3 July 2026

Real artists make your video, and real people can be hurt by video. These rules exist to protect both. Every brief is screened, and every artist can decline a brief with one click. Declined briefs are refunded in full.

Hard bans

We refuse these outright, no exceptions, no refund negotiation needed (you get the refund, we keep the ban):

  • Sexual or intimate imagery of any real person without their consent. This includes AI-generated imagery. Zero tolerance.
  • Any sexual content involving minors. Zero tolerance, reported to authorities.
  • Real-person likenesses without verified consent. Ordering a video of yourself or a friend requires a consent attestation during the brief. No attestation, no video.
  • Fraud, scams, impersonation, or content designed to deceive.
  • Hate, harassment, or incitement targeting people or groups.

Declined at launch

Celebrity likenesses, brand and IP characters, and political content are declined at launch, parody included. The legal exposure is not worth it, for you or for us.

How enforcement works

  • Briefs are screened at submission; flagged briefs get human review.
  • Artists are the second gate: every artist can decline any brief with one click, and policy declines auto-refund the buyer.
  • Delivered content has an abuse-report path: ai3@bonuz.xyz. Reported non-consensual intimate imagery is removed within 48 hours, in line with the TAKE IT DOWN Act.

AI disclosure

Everything made here is AI-generated video, directed by a human artist. Deliverables may carry provenance metadata and, where appropriate, a visible tag. Honest branding, and increasingly the law.
